20 - PLAYER BUYOUTS:
People change. We all do. Here at the PFHL we understand this awkward social dilemma, and we offer you, the GM of your team, the ability to initiate the buyout of a player. Simply start a thread with the player's name in the buyout section of the forum, and then place him on waivers in the STHS Client(for the purpose of buying him out). If he makes it through 48 hours of waivers, then he will be moved to the unassigned list.
Once he has been removed from your club, you have bills to pay.
If he was under 26 at the time of release, you owe him 33% of his remaining contract on a per game basis.
If he was 26 or older at the time of buyout, then you owe him 66% of his remaining contract on a per game basis. (Any other leagues touting their realism shouldn't be lazily charging you 50% on this one)
Please make sure you have the cash available to carry through with this before attempting it, as it will be immediately deducted from your cash balance.
