Jets agree. Tough to move Newhook here, but Foudy being right on the farm edge without needing waivers making a lot less made this deal for us. A 4th is fair value for Lauko so we're happy to finally be in position, regardless of what happens with waivers, to be under the cap for the 2024-25 season.

Seattle accepts, Newhook will be a fit age wise with our core, and he’ll have 2 very good linemates in David Perron and Oliver Bjorkstrand to help him develop into the player we hope he can be. Also Lauko is eligible to play in the minors waiver free and we’ll develope him another year down there
