To promote your coach from farm to pro, simply make a thread with your clubs name, and in the message say that you want to promote him, and name his farm club, and the pro club he is going to.
From the rulebook:
PROMOTING YOUR FARM COACH TO THE PROS:
If you move your farm coach into the pro coach role, then said coach will have his salary adjusted upwards to $1mil if required. When promoting a coach from the farm to the pro's, they will be rerated to match the SPECIAL ONLINE COACHES LIST ratings.
NOTE: You may NOT move your pro coach down to the farm. If you wanted him to be on your farm, you would first have to buy out his contract, and then attempt to hire him back as if he was a new coach.
