LA Agrees. With the departure of Carlson yesterday, we have both the cap space and the need for a puck-moving defenseman. We won't be resigning Letang, so if things don't work out, we are confident we can flip him at the deadline at 50% retained for additional assets. Kirill is stuck over in the MHL/VHL this season, and there is always uncertainty about whether or not Russian players will ever come over to North America or if that player will amount to anything. Todd and I have talked regarding Letang, off and on throughout the season. It finally came together. Thanks for the easy talks!
