Step 1: Please read the process titled "Current Players" at the bottom of this message.
Step 2: Start a thread with your team name. Inside of the thread, please post a list of the players that qualify to have their EN raised up.
Step 3: Make sure you put "F", "D", or "G" in front of the players name so we know if they played forward, defense, or goalie.
Step 4: BESIDE/UNDER EACH PLAYER, post a link that goes DIRECTLY to the proof of games played last season. You do this by going to the PFHL website, and then going into last season's records, going to the pro roster for the team the player was on, and then clicking on "Pro Team Scoring" for that exact team that he is on. Once there, make sure it shows your player on that list having the appropriate number of pro games played(41+). If he is there, then THIS IS THE LINK THAT IS REQUIRED.
-ANY PLAYER NOT FOUND ON THE DIRECT TEAM SCORING LINK THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING, WILL NOT GET THEIR EN BOOSTED.
-ANY PLAYER THAT DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT LINK PROVIDED WILL NOT GETTHEIR EN BOOSTED.
example:
Just for an example, let's say we wanted top do this operation on Evander Kane. I would type his name, and add the link. Please note, when I click on the link, I can find Evander Kane on this page right away, he is there, with evidence of the number of games played last season. I did not have to do a "ctrl-f" search for him.
F - Evander Kane

Current players:
If a player UNDER 30 years old(as of September 15th) plays more than 41 games of their previous season in the PFHL pro league, they may be given an EN of 75 (FWD), 80(DFNSE), or 85(GL) unless their EN is already higher than that. It is up to the GM to name these players and post them in the appropriate forum in order to have this job completed each season.
