It is easy to be dazzled by Toffoli’s high scoring stat. However, after having tried him on different lines with different partners and different strategies for 20 games it is time to let him move on. I have been having my eyes on Lee for a long time. Not only is he the captain of the Islanders, in the sim he is equipped with exactly the same skills and I believe that his size, strength and toughness in front of the net could boost the team and that he with the new surrounding and a C on the jersey can up his own scoring as well. Financially Lee will be cheaper for me than the resigning of Torfoli would have been.
The talks have been going on for a number of weeks and I’m happy we finally could come to the agreement. Hope Toffoli works better for you, Matthew!
