Colorado Avalanche agrees. Main reason behind this trade is Benn's contract demands for following season(s). He has been very effective for us in this early part of the season, but Tampa came with very good offer and we decided to accept it.
Perhaps Oliver will be willing to sign a new contract with us, we might have something in our sleeve... :-)
Nice to have also extra 2nd round in this year's draft and been following Niko for a while.
And with right guidance he could perhaps become a decent bottom 6 forward one day....
We will se what future brings.
