How do you feel about the Blues with 20 games played this season ? 

Charles-Antoine Poulin

We've played 19 games Aaaron. I know that you do not watch hockey games but at the moment we are in the first place in the Central. I'll be honest with your listeners (if there are any) I'm surprised to be in that position. Like I've said during the offseason, this season is a transitional one for us. We have a few guys in the AHL that will be important pieces for us. We also have Benson, Fantilli, Jake Neighbours, Mavrik Bourque and Nikita Alexandrov who should join us pretty soon. The future is bright in St-Louis !

We've heard that you and a PFHL Admin named Aaron Sanderson (no relations with me of course) had beef. Can you tell us more about it ?

You're right Aaaron (of course not related to Aaron Sanderson). The Blues organisation and the PFHL board are on the opposite side on a few points.
The fact that they don't believe in the fluctuation of the salary cap is total bullshit ! The fact also that they keep praising the Pacific Division is annoying and useless. We have a few more points but nothing that I can talk here. He's kinda of a dictator you know... I've asked more than 10 times to get rid of that useless admin but the PFHL Mafia is really strong.

I don't have many questions on the hockey side. We were surprised that you wanted to be part in that interview.
But my son told me that you've been really quiet this season with trades and rumours. Any reasons for that ?

Charles-Antoine Poulin

Aaaron your son is right. We've made no trades this season. The market is crazy at the moment. Teams want your best players and best prospects but barely offer anything in return. We're open to trade discussions and we appreciate them but it's quiet for now. We'll see !

We've received a fax from a fan. Korey Chernuqa wants to know if there's a player on the Blues that surprised you in a good way and one that disappointed you ? 

Charles-Antoine Poulin

Great question. We have a few players that are really good surprises for us. Garland and Klingberg signings were big surprises for the PFHL media but they are now proving that they were great signings ! Garland has 10 goals and 11 assits. He was playing on the second line and the first PP. Klingberg has 4 goals 14 assits and he's the main part of the PP1. We can also talk about Mascherin and Rubtsov who came out of no where. They are both playing really well on the second line and will be great players for the next seasons. Brock McGinn at 2,5 millions has to play better. He will be sent on the 4th line if he keep that lazy pace.
