Montreal doing a little house cleaning and Goncalves was odd man out in our AHL Center rotation. Pick up 100 K and a 7th rounder that I hopefully sell back to Corey for even more money come draft day (oops did I say that out loud !!).

LA agrees. Todd and I talked about Goncalves last season and this season a bit. Not a flashy move, but acquiring a possible NHL re-rate candidate for minimal cost is worth it for us. Gage has 13 pts in 20 games for the Syracuse Crunch this year, so he should surpass his point output from last year. Thanks for the easy talks!
