The San Jose Sharks have had an okay start to the year, 24 games in they boast a 12-10-2 record good for the 1st wildcard spot in the Western Conference and 12th overall in the league. Their struggles are very apparent on the road where they have a measly 3-7-0 record compared to their 9-3-2 home record.
“We just get too lit on the road, we get in the night before our games and get after one at the local strip clubs. Crosby tries to reel us in but the boys want to have fun. Team chemistry is through the roof but on ice we look like shit.” – Connor McDavid

If the Sharks could get their shit together and just break even with a .500 record on the road it would make a massive difference, they’d be 3rd in their division and only 2 points back of 1st. Will this happen? Ned is so hot and cold and their depth scoring disappears most nights like Crosby into the VIP room at the strip clubs. Rumours of a shakeup have gone through the league but GM Rensby-Wills has stood pat for the most part.
“I believe in this group, we get offers every other day but I want to give these boys another chance. Hell, if we sneak in the playoffs as an 8th seed I would bet my life savings on this group bringing home a cup.” – GM Wills.
That belief may cost Wills his job one day…but after looking at that lineup you might have a little faith too.
