Canucks needed to get stronger on the wing, and had an excess of depth at centre, so this makes perfect sense to us. We will miss Toews leadership and mastery over the faceoff, but are happy with what we get in return with Marchand.
Huge thanks to Mike for the easy and quick talks, I think we were both in the right place at the right time.
