Arizona Coyotes General Manager Hayden Maag held his end of the year press conference a little early this year. Below is the transcript
Jose Romero from the Arizona Republic - Hayden you are holding your end of the year press conference before the season even ends...Any reasoning behind that?
Hayden Maag - I'm tired man and I've got shit to do. I've spent the last two years fighting a pandemic that half the country somehow believes doesn't actually exist. Plus since we traded Carey Price I have pick up my own dry cleaning. Did you know it's frowned upon to wear scrubs to an NHL GM meeting? Lou Lamoriello was mortified.
Craig Morgan The Athletic - Hayden your team has taken a lot of criticism already for the plan to host games next year at Arizona State. Can you walk us through the logic behind that one.
Hayden Maag - I mean...There are a lot of reasons...I encourage you to defer judgment until this fall.
